Én batch ad gangen, med fokus på smag, oprindelse og godt håndværk. Jeg hedder Marinus. Min interesse for kaffe startede som barista, hvor jeg langsomt fik øjnene op for, hvor meget der gemmer sig i en kop kaffe. Smag, oprindelse, dyrkning, kemi og håndværk. Det satte en nysgerrighed i gang, som stadig driver mig i dag.
