⁠⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠​Founded in 2019 in Bari, Italy, Il Manovale is an independent specialty coffee roastery driven by quality, research and sensory excellence. Our achievements include the 2025 Italian Championship title, 7th place at the 2025 World Championship in Houston, and Best Specialty Roastery in the 2027 Italian Coffee Roasters Guide. Through careful coffee selection, precise roasting and continuous experimentation, we strive to express the unique character of every coffee.
