About Branderij Luijendijk
Branderij Luijendijk is ontstaan uit de zoektocht naar kwalitatieve en verse koffie. Tijdens de wekelijkse zoektochten als hobby koffieliefhebber werd het duidelijk dat het lastig is om aan echt verse koffie te komen. Zo kwam het besluit om zelf koffie te gaan branden, verser dan dat krijg je het nooit. Het bouwen van een brander voor thuisgebruik bleek niet eenvoudig maar wel mogelijk. Na wat klussen stond er een volledig werkende 1 kilo drum koffiebrander in de woonkamer.
