Specialty coffee in Zarnovica

Žarnovica carries stone in its name: žarnov is Slovak for a millstone, and the town was named after making them. On the slope of Kožený vrch, amid heaps of pale grey rhyolite waste, millstones have been found abandoned halfway through the work. The ones for grinding ore went to the mills by the mines, while the ones for grain were shipped down the Hron to the lowlands. The finished millstones scattered across the country; all that stayed behind were the unfinished ones and the town's name.
