You will actually rarely see this recognizable logo on coffee bags in specialty coffee shops. This is because roasteries in this segment are chasing exceptional flavors and already pay prices for high-quality crops that are significantly higher than the certified minimum. While the label ensures a baseline of ethical business practices, it does not act as an indicator of how the brewed coffee will actually taste.
