Step by step
16.5 g of coffee to 225 g of water: a 1:13.6 ratio. Water at 86°C, about 2:15 min in total.
Flip the brewer
Assemble the AeroPress inverted, plunger about 2 cm into the chamber.
Rinse the filter
Rinse the paper filter in the cap and set it aside.
Add the coffee
Add 16.5 g of coffee.
Bloom

- pour 50 g
- for 0:10
Bloom with 50 g of water.
Swirl the brewer
- from 0:10
Gentle swirl - the low temperature needs the agitation to be even.
Second pour
- from 0:10
- pour 175 g → 225 g
- for 0:20
Slowly top up to 225 g.
Stir
- from 0:30
Stir gently 3 times.
Steep
- from 0:30
- for 1:15
Steep until about 1:45.
Flip the brewer
- from 1:45
Cap on, flip onto the carafe.
Press

Press slowly all the way down.
