In Ehrenfeld seit 1949. Wir sind KÖLNS ÄLTESTE RÖSTEREI. Seit dem 1. September 1949 hat unser Geschäft auf der Venloer Straße im Herzen Kölns geöffnet. Bis heute rösten wir u.a. mit unserer alten traditionellen Probat Röstmaschine. Im Prinzip also wie vor über 70 Jahren. Alles begann mit Josef Schamong. Nachdem er einige Jahre in einer Rösterei angestellt war, kaufte er unsere erste Probat Röstmaschine und gründete die Marke SCHAMONG. Er legte den Grundstein unseres traditionellen Familienbetriebs.
