Die roestbar röstet seit 2003 in Münster ausschließlich Specialty Coffees und serviert sie in eigenen Kaffeehäusern in der Stadt. Die erste roestbar eröffnete 2003 in der Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 55 mit einem kleinen 5-kg-Röster; heute gehören zum roestbar-Campus am Kanal Café, Rösterei, Backstube und eine Kaffeeschule mit Barista-Kursen. Im Online-Shop gibt es Single Origins, Blends, Espresso und entkoffeinierten Kaffee.
