Als kleiner Junge habe ich selbst gemachte Limonade und Kuchen auf der Straße vor unserem Haus verkauft. Den Kunden hat es geschmeckt, und das war ein wunderschönes Gefühl – dieses Gefühl hält bis heute an! Mit einer echten Leidenschaft für Kaffee kommt für einen Röster auch eine Verantwortung für die Menschen im Ursprung. Das ist der Grund, warum ich langfristige Beziehungen zu den Produzenten und Exporteuren pflege.
