CO-OP LayDay is a two-story bruncheria in the heart of Lisbon, in the Baixa neighbourhood. The cafe is inspired by traveling, the ocean and the idea of co-operation of the local artisans, such as coffee roasters, artists and winemakers. The modern style and high ceilings create a special atmosphere where you can enjoy perfectly cooked benedict, zucchini pancakes, truffle scramble, specialty coffees from local roasters and just have a good time with friends.
