Specialty coffee in Crema

Crema has been building pipe organs for centuries - it had not only its own organ builders but workshops making the pipes themselves. In 1867 Pacifico Inzoli opened a workshop here that turned out more than four hundred instruments, among them the organs of Cremona cathedral and of the sanctuaries at Loreto and Pompeii. The workshop is still going, run by the Bonizzi brothers - they grew up in it, and now build new organs and restore old ones. It is an export nobody sees: the instrument stands in somebody else's cathedral, and nobody asks where it came from.
