Specialty Atlas Business

Your guests are already here.

They open Specialty Atlas to decide where the coffee is worth it. Business is your side of that decision: your bar, events, check-in QR, recipes and what happens after they walk in. All on your phone, behind the bar.

The panel

Not a listing form. A panel you will actually open.

Everything in Specialty Atlas that belongs to a café or roastery has a screen here. The panel tells you which to open next instead of showing a dashboard full of zeros.

Built for the phone behind the bar

Bottom navigation, sheets, thumb-sized actions. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

One next step, not twenty

The panel spots what is missing or out of date, like a bar that has not changed in three weeks, an event ending tomorrow or a profile at 80%, and suggests one thing at a time.

Progress, not a wall of zeros

A new account does not open on a row of noughts. You see what you already have, what publishing unlocks, and how close you are to it.

Changes land immediately

Swap the bar at 7am and everyone with the app sees it at 7am. No review queue, no waiting for us.

Numbers with something to compare to

Profile views, check-ins, saves and ratings next to what is normal for places like yours, so a number means something.

Several venues, one login

Run a group from one account, switch between venues, and keep each bar, event calendar and recipe list where it belongs.

For cafés

Everything you would otherwise do in five places

Profile, bar, events, check-in QR, recipes, replies and numbers. Built for specialty, not for every restaurant on the corner.

Be found

A map people open to find specialty. Your brew methods, roasters, hours and room are the filters they search with.

Beans on bar, live

Publish what's in your grinder today. Guests filter by roaster, origin and process, and anyone looking for that bean gets a notification that it's nearby.

Check-in QR and passport stamps

A code on the counter turns a visit into a passport stamp, a rating you can read and Coffee Miles for the guest. The cheapest reason to come back you'll ever print.

Your own stamp on the map

A stamp drawn for your place, collectable only while your campaign runs. People go out of their way for stamps that expire.

Events and cuppings

Publish a cupping, a workshop or a launch. It lands on the map, in nearby feeds, calendars and reminders. Recurring events you set up once.

Your recipes, your way to brew it

Publish how you brew the coffee you have on the bar: grinder, ratio, timings. It shows on the bean, in the app's recipe library and on the website.

Answer in Buzz

Guests talk about your café in its own thread. You reply as the owner, with your name and badge, right where it happens.

Numbers you can act on

Views, check-ins, saves, ratings and where people came from, all with a benchmark and a comparison to the period before.

What guests actually liked

A rating for every visit and what guests appreciated: coffee, room, service, value. Aggregated, anonymous and in their own words.

For roasteries

Your lots reach the people who would actually like them

Guests tell Atlas Lab how they brew and what they like. Lab matches your beans to that in SCA flavour-wheel language, so people discover coffee by flavour, not by scrolling.

Your whole line-up

Origin, varietal, process, roast level, altitude, flavour notes, certifications. Publish one at a time or import the lot from a CSV.

Atlas Lab taste fit

Every bean is scored against each person's taste profile. When it fits, they see why and can tell you afterwards whether you were right.

Cafés pouring your beans

See which cafés have you on the bar, approve the ones that add your beans themselves, and keep distribution in one place.

The part that does not fit on a bag

How you source, who you buy from and what Direct Trade means for this particular lot. Written for people who will actually read it.

Official recipes for your coffee

Publish the way you brew it yourself. Your recipe shows up on the bean, in the library, and to everyone who follows you.

People who follow you

Followers are told when you add a bean or publish a recipe. A mailing list that does not need a mailing list.

How your beans are doing

Bean views, saves, ratings and how often your lots come up as a Lab match. The higher your plan, the longer the history.

A verified profile

The verification badge, your certifications, and what a Q Grader or SCA-trained team means, explained to guests and cafés.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers before you create an account. Can't find yours? Send us a note.

What is Specialty Atlas Business?

The panel where cafés and roasteries run everything they have in the Specialty Atlas app: profile, beans on bar, events, check-in QR and stamp, recipes, Buzz replies and the numbers behind it. It opens in a browser at specialtyatlas.com/b2b and sits on your phone's home screen. Built for behind the bar, not a desk.

How do I add my café or roastery to Specialty Atlas?

Create a free account and add the place you run. We review every profile before it goes live, so the map stays a specialty map.

My venue is already in the app. How do I take it over?

Create a free account and find your venue in Cafés or Roasteries. We verify the claim; once approved, the profile is yours to run.

How long does the review take?

We review most submissions within two business days.

Do I have to pay?

No. Free gets you a published venue, one event a month, your profile and seven days of real analytics. Paid starts with Lite for one venue and goes up from there: longer analytics, more events and photos, beans on bar, Buzz replies, your own map stamp, more venues on one account. Every limit is visible before you pay; cancel any time.

Do I see any real data on the free plan?

Yes. You see real numbers from the last seven days, not a blurred preview with a padlock on it. A paid plan adds more: a longer history, a comparison with the period before, where people came from, and who saved you.

Can I add photos, a story, beans on bar and events?

Yes. Gallery photos, your story, the beans on your bar, events and cuppings, your own recipes and the details a guest uses to decide whether your place fits their route.

How does this help roasteries, not only cafés?

Roasteries publish their full line-up (origin, process, flavour profile) and official recipes. Drinkers see where each lot is on bar, Atlas Lab shows your beans to people whose taste they match, and followers hear about a new bean the day you add it.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Business runs in a browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app: bottom navigation, pull-up panels, full screen. The iOS and Android app is the one your guests install.

Take over your place on the map

The account takes a couple of minutes; taking over a listed venue a few more. After that, what people see is yours to run.
